About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy a session, product, or program from The Brilliance Method™, a business of Skye Net LLC in Nashville, Tennessee. When I say "I" or "me," I mean Elysia Skye and Skye Net LLC.
The Clarity Call
The Clarity Call is a $99 live session that lasts 20 minutes. I pull 3 cards based on your intention, share intuitive guidance and direction, and blend psychic work with coaching. You do not have to share your intention with me.
Booking and payment
You pay in full at checkout, which is handled by Wix Payments. Installment options such as Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay may be offered when they are available to you. After you pay, you receive an email with a link to choose your time. Your session is confirmed once you pick a time on the calendar.
Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds
Rescheduling. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment. You can use the link in your booking email or write to me at elysia@thebrilliancemethod.com.
Refunds. Refunds are not given for cancellations, for no-shows, or for a change of mind.
If you change your mind. If you book and change your mind, you may gift your session to a friend, or use the credit toward another Brilliance Method product or program within 6 months of your purchase date.
What sessions offer
My sessions offer intuitive guidance and coaching for reflection and inspiration. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice, and I cannot promise any particular outcome. You stay in charge of your own choices and actions.

The words, images, audio, and other material on this site belong to Skye Net LLC or are used with permission. Please ask before copying, sharing, or selling any of it. Linking to a page is always welcome.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Skye Net LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this site or from sessions and programs. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in place when you buy applies to your purchase.
