Who I am
This site is run by The Brilliance Method™, a business of Skye Net LLC in Nashville, Tennessee. This page explains what information I collect, why, and the choices you have. When I say "I" or "me," I mean Elysia Skye and Skye Net LLC.
Information I collect
- What you share with me. This includes your name, email address, and the messages you send through the contact form, the free oracle card reading, or the newsletter sign-up.
- Booking and order details. When you buy a session, your order details and the information you enter at checkout are handled by Wix and its payment partners. I do not see or store your full card number.
- Scheduling details. When you choose a time, the scheduling tool I use receives the name, email, and any notes you enter.
- Basic technical information. Like most websites, this one and the services behind it may use cookies and similar tools that record things such as your browser, device, and the pages you visit.
How I use it
- To reply to your messages and deliver the sessions and products you buy.
- To send the emails you ask for, such as booking details, reminders, and the newsletter.
- To keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
Who it is shared with
I use trusted services to run my business: Wix for this website, store, checkout, and payments; OnceHub for scheduling; and GoHighLevel for email and client records. Installment providers such as Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay receive information when you choose them at checkout. If you join the Inner Circle, Patreon handles that membership under its own policy. These providers only receive what they need to do their job. I do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask me to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you by writing to elysia@thebrilliancemethod.com. Some records, such as orders, may need to be kept for tax and legal reasons.
Children
This site is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this page
If my practices change, I will update this page and the date at the top.
