Meet Elysia.

At 24, I found a lump in my breast and my doctor told me to wait a few months to see if it changed. I knew I could not wait. You know when you just know? I ordered a biopsy and mammogram with my Amex and was given a stage 3 cancer diagnosis. My doctor later told me that waiting would have killed me within a month.

That day taught me everything I've built my work around. The answer you've been waiting for someone else to give you is already inside you. You just have to trust it enough to move.

I've spent 20 years helping leaders, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals trust themselves, make clear decisions, and build careers and businesses that feel good from the inside. I listen to what you say and to what's underneath it. Then we use intuition and practical strategy together, move the stuck energy, and you leave every session with a next step you can take this week.

I've led workshops for GAP Inc., Banana Republic, the Producers Guild of America, Paramount Global, and Humanity HR. I host The Brilliance Method Podcast. I've worked as an actor, producer, and director. I'm a real estate investor and an Airbnb Superhost. I've officiated over 1,000 weddings and been on The Price Is Right twice. I know. It's a lot. That's kind of the point.

The parts of you that don't fit one box are your greatest asset. I will lovingly call you out when I see you starting to hide. My goal is for you to become more like yourself, never more like me.
